I was born and raised in Guatemala, curious from an early age about people, what drives us, and why we become who we become. After moving to the U.S. for college, that curiosity took me into an unexpected world: institutional finance, first as a hedge fund CFO and later evaluating investment managers and their operations across more than $100 billion in assets on behalf of institutional investors.

Then life asked me to look somewhere I hadn't been looking: within.

I lost my mom to cancer, and my world stopped. Around the same time, I began to see my relationship with my daughters differently. I realized there was nothing I needed to fix in them. I was the one being invited to look at myself—at my patterns, my beliefs, my emotions, and what I was carrying into the relationships that mattered most.

That journey changed how I live, how I parent, how I lead—and eventually, the direction of my work.

Today, I bring all of it with me—the depth and skills of my professional experience, years of training and exploration in human development, the wisdom life has taught me, and the intuition and Soul that have always been part of who I am. Together, they allow me to see deeply, work beneath the surface, and create the conditions for real, often unexpected, and lasting change.
